Computer technology has a lot of potential in civil engineering. Not fully integrating the technology is akin to driving an airplane.

Yes, the aircraft can roll, but it is not efficient. Computer-based technologies are much more capable. It is critical that civil engineers unleash the full potential of computer-based technologies.
